Through community college I have had time to gain a better understanding of myself, who I am, who I want to be, and what I want to do with my life. I have a better appreciation for what it takes to create something in this world, and how important it is to get involved with my community.
It is because of these experiences at community college that I currently have the opportunity to intern for Congressman Eric Swalwell.
ADVICE FROM ME TO YOU
Don’t worry about finding your passion, focus on learning as much as you can and developing your skills. You'll end up figuring it out along the way and realize you've fallen full force into a life you never thought possible. You are more valuable than any degree will ever be, so act like it.
